The situation with restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic and the uncertainty with the opening of borders and territories, as well as the full restoration of the life of the Russian regions, forced us to make a number of significant changes in the Travel Calendar for spring and summer 2020.
All the tours of April, May and June, we moved to the same dates next year and with this was a complete understanding of all. who signed up for these tours. But now life seems to be recovering, and we have received a lot of requests and requests for tours in Kamchatka in June and July, as well as the Russian North tour in Yakutia, the Magadan Region and Chukotka. We have to say that these tours also had to be canceled this year and rescheduled for next summer. Despite the removal of self-isolation and restrictions in Moscow and many other regions of Russia, the epidemiological situation in Kamchatka continues to be difficult and the high-alert regime continues to operate there, as well as a ban on tourism in the region. Of course, there is a chance that by early July the bans will be lifted and the July tour could be held, but ... To organize a group tour, certainty is needed, and in advance. To find out on the last day before departure that a trip is impossible, you see, is not the best option, both for the organizers of the tour and for its participants. And getting into a two-week observation upon arrival is a terrible dream for the tour organizer.
Many people have already bought tickets and travel to different regions of the world - this is true. But independent tourism and organized, group tourism are two big differences. The tour organizer has no right to violate by-laws, no matter how absurd they may seem to us. To take people on a tour when you don’t know what awaits you on the spot, you cannot guarantee a clear organization of all the components of the tour, you have risks exposing yourself and, especially, the participants of the tour to fines and other administrative penalties, you must admit that it is absolutely irresponsible. That is why we canceled all tours to Kamchatka and Chukotka and invite you to join them next summer!
