The proposed expedition is a long-lasting newsworthy opportunity, a unique opportunity to promote your brand (products/services) through an engaging event, attract the attention of an active, interested audience, and, in a sense, even glorify the brand through participation in a challenging and sometimes extreme expedition. Experience the brand's products in a variety of conditions and situations, and share this experience with people both through the expedition's channels and in your own advertising and informational materials.

 

We invite you to consider various sponsorship options for the project:

 

 

1. General sponsor of the project

 

What the General Sponsor receives:

  1. The opportunity to name the expedition after yourself (your brand) is OPTIONAL, subject to separate discussion!
  2. A comprehensive and detailed review of each item/brand product provided, based on its use in combat conditions, with extensive photos and videos. Reviews will be published on our website (announcements will be posted on our social media and Telegram channel), and can also be written specifically and exclusively for you or any third parties (media, blogs) at your request (examples of such reviews are available upon request).
  3. We can produce video reviews of products/services in the field, under real-life conditions (not indoors, as is usually done).
  4. Posts reviewing the items/services provided, mentioning the brand and/or name of the General Sponsor, on social media and the project's Telegram channel (at least 15 posts during the expedition).
  5. A video interview with a representative/employee of the General Sponsor (recorded in advance), sharing the brand's story, their own story related to the brand, or a detailed account of a specific item. This interview will be posted on our website, social media, or Telegram channel under the heading "Interview with an Interesting Interviewee."
  6. Transfer to the General Sponsor of a large number of high-quality photographs (.raw and .jpg formats) and video fragments (.mp4 format) transferred for use in real-life conditions, taken with professional photographic equipment, which may be used by the Sponsor for any purpose. Along with the photos and videos, exclusive rights to use the transferred photo and video material, as well as permission to use the people depicted in the photos and videos for advertising purposes, are transferred.
  7. Following the expedition, a one-hour documentary film about the expedition will be created, with regular mentions of the General Sponsor, its products/services, and display of its logos and products in expedition conditions. Transfer of exclusive rights to use the film to the General Sponsor without time or territorial restrictions.
  8. Mention of the General Sponsor in all expedition information and advertising materials. Placement of the General Sponsor's logo on all pages of the project website with an active open link leading to the sponsor's website.
  9. Oral and written mention of the General Sponsor in speeches and lectures about the expedition before, during, and after the expedition.
  10. Wrapping expedition vehicles with logos and other information about the General Sponsor based on approved layouts.
  11. Free participation of 2 representatives of the General Sponsor at any stage of the expedition (subject to availability at this stage – stage approval and reservations are required in advance).
  12. Exclusive use of expedition organizers' images for advertising purposes before, during, and for one year after the expedition at no additional charge.
  13. Implementation of any proposal from the General Sponsor regarding product/service advertising, integrating the General Sponsor's participation into the project, creating advertising and informational materials, and conducting joint promotional events before, during, and after the expedition.

 

General Sponsor contribution: Euro 33 000 (3 million rubles)

Name the expedition after the General Sponsor option – 11000 Euro (1 million rubles)

 

 

2. Project Sponsor

 

What the Sponsor receives:

  1. A complete and detailed review of several provided items/products from the brand based on their use in "combat" conditions, with a large number of photos and videos. Reviews will be published on our website (announcements will be posted on our social media and Telegram channel), and can also be specially and exclusively written for you or for any third parties (media, blogs) at your request (examples of such reviews are available upon request).
  2. At your request, we can produce video reviews of products/services in the field – under real-life conditions (not indoors, as is usually done).
  3. Posts reviewing the items/services provided with a mention of the Sponsor's brand and/or name on social media and the project's Telegram channel (at least 5 posts during the expedition).
  4. Transfer of a large number of high-quality photographs (formats) to the Sponsor .raw and .jpg) and video fragments (.mp4 format) of the items submitted for use in real-life conditions, taken with professional photography equipment, may be used by the Sponsor for any purpose. Exclusive rights to use the submitted photo and video material are transferred along with the photos and videos.
  5. Mention of the Sponsor in all expedition information and advertising materials. Placement of the Sponsor's logo on the project website page dedicated to the Expedition with an active, open link to the Sponsor's website.
  6. Oral and written mention of the Sponsor in speeches and lectures about the expedition before, during, and after the expedition.
  7. Sponsor's logo on expedition vehicles.

 

Expedition Sponsor contribution amount: 5500 Euro (500,000 rubles)

 

 

3. Equipment sponsor

 

What does a Gear Sponsor receive by providing us with an agreed-upon set* of gear (clothing and footwear):

  1. A comprehensive and detailed review of each item provided, based on its use in combat conditions, with extensive photos and videos. Reviews will be published on our website (announcements will be posted on our social media and Telegram channel), and can also be written specifically and exclusively for you or for any third parties (media, blogs) at your request.
  2. We can also produce video reviews of items in the field, under real-life conditions (not indoors, as is usually done).
  3. Posts reviewing the provided items, mentioning the brand and/or name of the equipment sponsor, on social media and the project's Telegram channel (at least 10 posts during the expedition).
  4. Video interviews with a representative/employee of the Equipment Sponsor (recorded in advance), sharing the brand's story Or your story related to the brand or a detailed description of a particular piece of equipment, which will be posted on the website, our social media channels, or our Telegram channel under the heading "Interview with an Interesting Interviewee."
  5. Transfer to the equipment sponsor a large number of high-quality photographs (.raw and .jpg formats) and video fragments (.mp4 format) of the items submitted for use in real-life conditions, taken with professional photography equipment, which may be used by the sponsor for any purpose. Along with the photos and videos, exclusive rights to use the submitted photo and video material, as well as permission to use the people depicted in the photos and videos for advertising purposes, are transferred.
  6. Mention of the equipment sponsor in all expedition information and advertising materials. Placement of the equipment sponsor's logo on the project website with an active, open link leading to the sponsor's website.
  7. Oral and written mention of the equipment sponsor in speeches and lectures about the expedition before, during, and after the expedition.
  8. Placement of the equipment sponsor's logo on expedition vehicles as stickers for the entire duration of the expedition.

 

The sponsorship contribution is provided in the form of a free donation of hiking/trekking equipment (clothing, footwear).

*The set of equipment provided is agreed upon based on both the needs of the expedition and the promotional needs of the equipment sponsor.

Project founders and expedition organizers (information about content creation and advertising competencies):

Evgeny Androsov is a professional traveler and photographer with 35 years of experience, entrepreneur, blogger, and television travel expert. He graduated from the journalism department of Moscow State University, worked for 1.5 years at Ogonyok magazine, and spent a year on the youth programming staff of Central Television. For 16 years, he owned a company producing television commercials, feature films, documentaries, educational films, and video content. He produced and managed over 100 major projects and thousands of smaller ones. Almost all of the content posted on the project website was created by him.

Victoria Shatalova is a professional traveler with 16 years of experience. She holds two higher education degrees. Most of the travel programs posted on the Travel Calendar were written by her. Active on social media, he loves and is skilled at photography.

  • Starlink satellite internet kit for uninterrupted connectivity abroad,
  • Laptops, card readers, power banks, gasoline generator,
  • Adobe software suite for working with photos, audio, and video images (and the ability to use them).
