Climbing the highest peak in Europe, Elbrus, is cool, it's great, it's accessible to everyone!

TO EVERYBODY! REGARDLESS of your level of physical fitness, age, gender, fears, insecurities and other factors that do not allow you to “jump in over your head.” In fact, they tell you so and you believe it. By climbing Elbrus, you will refute the arguments of those people who do not want you to be cooler than them and, most importantly, you will achieve a victory over yourself, which will allow you to look at your life and the opportunities that you are talking about in a completely different way. you don’t even dream.

On the Internet you will find dozens of offers for climbing Elbrus. 99% of the time it's a group climb with no guarantee that you'll make it. After all, it’s very difficult physically and mentally, the instructor can take you off the climb if he sees that you “can’t handle it,” unfavorable weather can interfere, and you yourself can “merge” into the climb. still at acclimatization exits. I have seen such cases during every climb.

The program for training and climbing Elbrus from Evgeny Androsov includes an individual approach and GUARANTEES results, no matter who you are - a young girl or an elderly grandfather! A few months before the ascent, a training program will be developed especially for you and you will go through it under the guidance of an experienced trainer and climber. And only after that we will go to Elbrus and you will climb it - WITHOUT OPTIONS!

After all, the main problem of “not climbing” is people on Elbrus is the discrepancy between their strengths and moral and volitional qualities to other members of the group. If you are walking too slowly, it is easier to leave you in the camp or say that you are not ready at all, just so as not to delay the entire group because of you and not put other people at risk. If you acclimatize slower than others, no one will specifically increase the acclimatization period for you and you will not approach the ascent prepared. And, of course, when climbing in a group, no one is involved in your preliminary physical preparation.

An individual program guarantees that you will be prepared for the ascent mentally and physically, the pace of the ascent will be calculated specifically for you, the time required for your ascent will be calculated, and all other conditions will be created so that you reach the top!

What does the training program include?

Interview and testing

The instructor will find out your previous experience, tourist, mountaineering skills or lack thereof, ask in detail about all aspects of your health and previous or existing chronic diseases, assess the level of your moral and physical fitness, offer to take a short endurance test with him in order to objectively and not just from your words to assess your condition.

Development of a training program

Based on the test and interview results, the instructor will develop an individual training program for you, which will include endurance exercises and the development of moral and volitional qualities..

Implementation of the training program

You will do the exercises under the guidance of an instructor. Some of them you will do on your own, some will be individual training under the guidance of an instructor. Exercises can be done in the nearest park, square or stadium, as well as at home and will not require special equipment, clothing or additional expenses.

If you do not live in Moscow, communication will take place via video communication via Skype or another messenger, during which the instructor will give you instructions and advice on performing exercises, check their implementation, motivate and inspire, and solve psychological problems that you may have in preparation.

If you live in Moscow, communication will take place “live” once or twice a week and daily via phone or instant messengers - the instructor will monitor your exercises and motivate you to take further steps and solve your psychological problems.

When the instructor decides that you are physically and mentally ready, he will tell you so. You will agree on the departure dates, tickets will be purchased, the instructor will take care of all organizational issues, including the selection and rental or purchase (if you yourself want it) of the necessary equipment.

Climbing

Climbing Elbrus can be done from the south or north. There is also a “cross” option. - ascent from the south and descent to the north or vice versa, but this option is only suitable for very well physically prepared people, since we do not go for this ascent lightly, but with heavy backpacks - we carry all our belongings over the peak or even both peaks.< br>
The instructor will tell you in advance about the pros and cons of each option and you will decide together where to implement it.

The ascent itself, including the necessary acclimatization in the mountains, as well as reserve days in case of bad weather, can take from 7 to 12 days. If your physical fitness is high, it can be accomplished in 5 days, but it is better and safer not to rush in this matter.

We arrive at Mineralnye Vody airport and drive by car to the village of Terskol (ascent from the south) or to the Djily-Su tract (ascent from the north). The first two or three days of acclimatization at low altitudes - we walk lightly along the foothills of Elbrus - green, very beautiful, filled with life-giving power and that inexplicable attractiveness that makes so many people “mountain sick”. literally at first sight and a breath of mountain air.

On the third or fourth day (depending on your condition) we move to the Garabashi base camp (from the south) or the Northern shelter (from the north), located at an altitude of 3880 m and 3800 m, respectively. We do acclimatization hikes for another day or two, this time much higher - up to 5000 meters, after which the instructor sets a day for the summit assault. If the weather is unfavorable or the instructor sees that you are not 100% ready for the ascent, the day of the assault may be postponed for another one, two or three days so that your ascent takes place under the most favorable conditions and you are fully prepared for it.

On the day of the assault, we get up very early - at one, two or three in the morning (or maybe even earlier) and after a light hot breakfast we begin the climb. The instructor constantly monitors your condition and sets the pace of ascent - faster or slower, depending on what pace you are ready for. Throughout the climb, you will receive motivation and help from the instructor, a hot hour and snacks, he will do everything to ensure that you climb safely, and at the top he will take dozens of shots of your personal triumph, which you will then be proud of for the rest of your life!

If you want to make your ascent easier, you can use the services of a snowcat, which will take you to a height of 5100 meters on the day of the ascent, and can also pick you up from the same height and take you back to the camp. Many people do this, but snowcat services are not cheap and are not included in the cost of the program; they will have to be paid separately.
