Love to Live
The idea of project expansion and the name were born at the end of last year, but now that there is time after numerous trips this year, they have taken shape and acquired a “physical form”. Victoria Shatalova, who has been a client of my tours since 2022 and managed to go with me on 6 of the most interesting of them (and the tour to Chukotka in 2023 was generally her idea, which I "had" to bring to life), has finally finally registered with the project and is now its full-fledged creator and manager. Having two higher educations and a prestigious, highly paid job, in April 2025 she quit (because "what is the point of such a job if it interferes with traveling?"), devoting herself entirely to the creation and organization of non-standard travel programs. We have already "tested" the car with a joint road trip of 22,000 kilometers, having traveled in UAZ Patriot cars purchased especially for the project through half of Russia, Khakassia, Tuva, all of Mongolia, most of Kazakhstan, the Caucasus, and having completed 3 car tours and one ascent during the trip.
Our mission and values ??are set out in the new section of the site «About us» and, believe me, these are not empty words. And there are a lot of things in the plans... A large auto expedition-2026 from Moscow to Sakhalin through Central Asia and Mongolia (there will soon be a separate blog post and a separate section on the site about this), new routes, development of new areas of active lifestyle, sports, physical and mental health, perhaps (finally!) a book...
But why such a strange name - "Love to Live", you ask? The answer is quite long, but very simple:
- everything we do is much more than tours, hikes, travels. This is our Life. We create it ourselves, as we create our travel programs. It is not always easy - often you have to swim against the currents and solve a lot of issues, coordinating the logistics of your life with the logistics of the reality that surrounds us, but we love everything we do, which means we Love to Live!
- the name consists of two verbs and this is unusual for a name, we agree. But it is precisely in the verbs that the action is contained and this is the best way to meet our life - to be in action and movement all the time,
- we not only Love to Live ourselves, but also infect others with this, creating around us a community of people who are not indifferent to life!
- if you are one of those passionate lovers and researchers of life, we are on the same path!
